What happens when I pre-order? +

Send us your preferred piece and contact details. We’ll reply to confirm availability, final pricing, shipping, and an estimated delivery date. Your order is only confirmed after you approve those details.

How long does it take? +

Each order is printed in a small batch. We’ll share a realistic estimate when we confirm your request; timing can vary by item and color.

What are the products made from? +

Most pieces are printed in PLA, a plant-derived bioplastic. It’s best for indoor use and should be kept away from high heat and dishwashers. We’ll confirm material details for each item.

Can I ask for a different color? +

Often, yes. Add your preferred color to the notes in the pre-order form and we’ll let you know which options are available for the next run.
